Mr. Kashif has over 22 years’ experience in preparation of feasibilities & planning, designing & project management services of Architectural, Interior Design & Planning of more than 60 projects in Pakistan and abroad. The Projects covered Houses, Commercial Plazas, Office buildings, Hospitals, Housing Schemes, Palaces, Embassies, Banks, Community Centers, Mosques, Schools, Colleges, Clubs, Boutiques, Showrooms, and Beauty Parlors etc.
Currently working as Project Manager / Team Leader – Planner for the design of Bholari Air Base at Bholari, Sindh. A state of the art modern Air Base for Pakistan Air Force and one of the largest projects currently ongoing in Pakistan. The cost of the project is Rs 25 billion excluding equipment and Furniture.
Worked as Chief of Party for USAID project of Construction of Maternity Ward at JPMC Karachi at a cost of Rs. 362 Million out of a total Indefinite Quantity Contract of USD 300 Million.
Worked as Project Manager Principal Architect – Planner for the design of PAF Airbase Shahbaz at Jacobabad, Pakistan. The projects involved complete master planning and design of Technical and Domestic Areas of Shahbaz Airbase, Design of 99 Bed Hospital, more than 193 types of buildings in the technical area and 27 types of buildings in the domestic area. The buildings included Technical buildings such as Air craft hangers, Maintenance Shops, Logs buildings, Armament Buildings, Avionics buildings, Administration Buildings, Operations buildings, Armament Storage and Maintenance buildings, Barracks and Residential buildings for all type of staff and support facilities such as Officers Mess, Mosques, Shopping Area, Hospital, PAF College, Urdu Medium School, Montessori, School for Special Children, Officers Sports facility, Air Men Mess, DSG Mess, Air Men Sports Facilities, Playing Grounds, Children Parks, Golf Course and Entrance Gateways
In recognition of performance of KAA at SAB the Employer PAF has awarded additional works to KAA for extension of more facilities in this Base as well as Mushaf Base Sargodha.
