Design Proposal
Doctor's town is a residential scheme in suburbs of Islamabad, more into the Rawalpindi precinct. The society has witnessed a rapid development and change in use at the primary access road, the parts aligning to the main road are all in commercial use, the society has envisaged to develop a private hospital at the parcel of land adjacent to the primary access road.
Kashif Aslam & Associates submitted a design proposal in response to the request for submission in a closed technical and financial competition.
After a careful analysis of the working principles of a private healthcare facility, the design was developed to meet all the technical requirements within a limited covered area, design is influenced by the important aspect of phasing of the development process.
